All project engagements are governed by separate service agreements and statements of work, which take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Wexolve Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product and deliverables created under a client engagement are governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wexolve retains ownership of all generic tooling, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed during engagements.

You agree not to use the Services to:
